Brittinie Wise
Teacher
Brittinie Wise has been in the Prescott area for three years, serving as an instructional coach for the Northern Arizona Council of Government’s Head Start program in Prescott and the surrounding areas (Yavapai County) and as an early Head Start teacher. With six years of teaching experience, Brittinie fosters an interactive and engaging environment for students to explore through a wide range of developmental opportunities, helping students reach their full potential. She is a current member of the National Education Association, the Arizona chapter of the National Association for the Education of Young Children, and is a graduate from the Lancaster Leadership Academy in Flagstaff, AZ.
Brittinie received a Master of Education, Early Childhood Education degree from Grand Canyon University, obtained her Arizona state teaching license (working toward a literacy endorsement), and is currently earning a PhD in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Education and Technology Integration (Qualitative) with the same institution. She earned her Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Nevada, Reno (go Wolfpack!) and is a classically trained opera singer with many accolades and notable performances. She believes that these skills in the classroom help her to engage her students while making learning fun and meaningful. Brittinie lives with her husband of ten years and her two children and enjoys spending time with her family, reading, playing with her dogs, and traveling to new places. Skyview School is a wonderful place to call home!
